Noureen Dwulf was born on the 28th day of February 1984, at New York City. The actress was always fascinated by being an actress. In the School of the Arts of Boston University was where she first began to establish the basis for the rest of her acting career. The career of Noureen began shortly after she graduated. Her first auditions were for various roles. She was given a major role in the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened in other film festivals all over the globe following its premier at the Sundance Film Festival 2005. It won the Oscar at the 2007 Oscar Awards for Best Live Action Short Film and helped set the scene for Noureen deWulf's future success. After Ghost World, which was very well-received and garnered her the Golden Globe Award nomination, she then appeared in American Beauty.
